SUNRAY currently maintains comprehensive laser & ultrasonic cutting equipment and a class 1 cleanroom with the most advanced cleanroom laundry equipment in Taoyuan Longtan. The whole processes were specially designed and built for the high cleanliness requirement for ultra-clean product. All the laundry processes take place in class 1 environments with the water source from an 18-mega ohm ultra-pure water system. Laundered products remain in the cleanroom for subsequent drying in ULPA-mounted cleanroom dryers followed by folding, packing and vacuum sealing to ensure clean quality.
All the cleanroom wipers produced by SUNRAY use the fabric materials made in Taiwan,whose test results of Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Cr(VI), PBBs, DBP, BBP, DEHP, conform to the limits as set by RHS Directive (EU) 2015／863 amending Annex 11 to Directive 2011／65／EU.
